WiFi Priority - Prioritize Your Preferred Network
WiFi Priority is a utility app developed by Florian Schimanke that allows iPhone users to prioritize available WiFi networks. By default, iOS devices connect to the topmost known network in the list alphabetically. However, with WiFi Priority, users can disable auto-join for selected networks and prioritize the one they prefer. This is achieved by creating and installing a configuration profile on the device.
The app prevents topmost networks from automatically connecting first without forgetting them. Instead, users can enter the network information for the networks they don't want to auto-connect, and WiFi Priority does the rest. This way, the preferred available network always connects first, and other networks can still be accessed by tapping on them in the network list.
Please note that WiFi Priority currently doesn't work with enterprise encryption. However, it supports WEP, WPA-Personal, and WPA2-Personal encryptions.
